Hello friends.
I've created a wallet on the mymonero.com
I then mine the pool at the bottom of the pool.supportxmr.com, and to do this, I put my wallet in the file of the Minging software configuration.
I usually receive 0.3 XMR from the pool every 18-20 hours, until it increased to 0.3 XMR for 24 hours ( Hash 95 KH/s ).
I said the following to one of the site admins (M5M400) of the Group chat (supportxmr.chatango.com).
After saying my wallet to the site administrator and passing a few minutes, The site administrator was angry with the hang of my browser and completely closed my wallet.
After 3 or 4 hours, I went to the wallet.mymonero.com to check my wallet. I was surprised to see that all the XMR was picked up from my wallet and my wallet's stock has gone to zero.
or
I spoke online with the support of the mymonero.com and defined the story for him.
They answered that you were hacked.
Someone may have access to your private key.
I said: My wallet's private key is inside the notebook and this notebook is located inside my library.

On the other hand, I use antivirus and firewall on my computer, and I've done the latest firmware upgrade, and it's safe for my computer security.
When I login to the mymonero.com, I look carefully at the site address in the address bar to avoid phishing pages.
So how do you think I might have lost my private wallet key?

And the next problem is:
Why was this happening after I talked to the site administrator on the supportxmr.com?
Why was not my wallet already empty?

In your opinion, friends:
What might happen to my wallet?
Is it possible that the mymonero.com has collapsed with the supportxmr.com?
I give you judgment.
with respect.

Well it only means two things.

1. Someone know our privatekey and stole everything, but according to you it's highly unlikely.
2. It's an inside job - but it's hard to proved.

I don't know for sure, but maybe your balance will be taken again by the mymonero.com team. or worse, you have to pay to their side to make your balance back.
