BTC Clicks dot com

Hi everyone,

Not sure if this is the right place but at the moment I do not know where to turn to or get info. I even tried google, lol.

The problem I am having is getting in contact with support for BTC Clicks. I did try the contact us and help pages. Its not the site itself, but the captcha I have to click. It keeps telling me I have error, but in reality I didn't do any error, and I have to do about 5 to 6 captcha to get to click the verify, to end result to error in captcha.

So the question I have is. How can I get into contact with them about this captcha problem? I do not know why i am having this problem, as I has recieved payemnts from them before with no problem.

If anyone can help me out here, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 100% sure that the issue wasn't caused by the site's server, it's your browser or system/PC.
Capcha errors are not limited to that particular site, most errors and multiple capcha usually happen when you're claiming too often, keep on changing IP addresses (Like Tor/VPN) and connection speed issue.
Also, scan your PC because malwares and some viruses causes capcha errors too.

Nothing to do with Bitcoin, but could be more helpful if you describe the captcha service provider (is it google or recaptcha, for example).

As response above says, this usually has something to do with your IP. Too many claims originating from it in a short span of time, usually causes that.

But if what you say is you never had an issue before, then it could be the service itself BTC Clicks have turned on an ultra-high setting, deliberately requiring 5 or 6 perfect attempts. The services I use sometimes do that, usually to weed out bots or to test different settings.

I'd wait it out if I were you. If the former issue were true (you claimed too often) then repeatedly trying makes things worse. If the latter is true, settings should return to normal.

If yes then just give it a try later on. I experienced that several times already and it's really quite frustrating solving captchas and still you can't get through. If you really want to applied effort, skip the option of "CHECK ALL ***" but  instead choose the "Choose All Images Until ***" or something along those lines.

But again, it should be working properly later on. Based on my experienced.
