I think this is why we keep seeing goverments not getting better

Imagine this:
We all know we have very talented people in societies very experinced in many fields.
If suddenly usa china or uk or all others will choose smartest experinced and most enlighted people to be in goverments....and all of them can be good on to working to make their goverments best and manage finances well buying the cryptocurrency/gold with goverment funds when market low and selling when market high and using that money smart ways to develope and teach their people .......lol ....it sounds good BUT ITS NOT GOOD it will create the competation becouse If everybody is good and smart then what's the point of GOOD anymore.?
That's Im sure that stronger and wealthier countries not all but some of them will always try to make sure other countries leaders and goverment administration will be dumb corrupted and lazy and not talented or skilled those kind of people will elected and suported with money If it's possible becouse that will make sure this country developement will stay down.

Off course If we see what's going on in usa political landscape now and joe Biden rumours of china connections then it could be possible that china supported Biden power so the china will make sure there is political leaders in power who don't make usa strong the chinas nightmare would be trump.

Off course the usa try to fund other countries political guys also whos dumb enough and not skilled enough and corrupted enough to not making country successful off course the usa was happy of RUSSIA If Yeltsin was the leader of russia Im sure the Yeltsin was the dream leader of the country wich usa have competation.

However country like china wich is highly tracked every citizen and goverment have strong control of everything it's difficult from foreign agents to get into china and try to start making DREAM political team there becouse china is highly controlled and it's allmost impossible to start this kind of operations .....However it can be done by allowing for china political leaders and business people to operate in Western countries in order to start having the influence over them in there more relaxed envoirement out of the china goverment strong control.
Every secret service knows all of this and russian uk chinese usa and europe all of them try to hire the most dumb ones and corrupted enough people in foreign countries in order to see other country is down.
If that's widespread activity to try to have impact over foreign countries people to try put together dumb and corrupted team of leaders ....then that's why we see stronger border control more rules and restrictions for foreign visitors and more rules to control money laundering because with dirty money the "DREAM TEAM corrupted enough political leaders " could be financed so that's we see more and more border control and more about background check and more control of people traveling imposed by each countries.....If UK choosed brexit and UK now is more tough then ever on border control and everything then it means there is attacking of foreign agents to come in UK and start creating the DREAM TEAM political group ....that's why the usa is kind of strict also who they let in USA and with what kind of conditions.

This is very beneficial for country who manage to put in power dumb and corrupted enough political dream team because once this "DREAM TEAM" ruin everything then the another country can show up with deal like good money deal and in return gets good land or resourcures.

So that's why there is rule to not let in politics too smart or talented people because it will create the chaos If every country wealthy then its bigger competation for resources and for land so the world elite might choose only few countries to have good political leaders and the rest of countries Will be lazy and dumb ones .....they search for most dumb ones because then they can be sure that those will do the good jobs and enough damage so when countries don't get good it means people will work harder and try to be more productive in order to reach higher in success but little do they know that their country leaders are specially selected how dumb they are so to make sure they always make bad decisions and WHEN things goes too far too BAD then they will be taken away from the driver seat and replaced with better ones....and after some time once better ones drive the country just little bit better they allready have NEW DUMB ones.

We like it or not but our success can be only measured how good or bad are others.
Life is like football and we have teams so each team play the game to win.
The world needs balance NOTHING cant be too good or too bad.
That's why it's important to control everybody don't get too good to keep balance between dark and light.
