BTC not arrived in my Wallet

Hi, I have bought BTC and gived right address but BTC never arrived, blockchain says that the transaction is really done but in my wallet are arrived 0 BTC! how is possible?

Can you give more information? Like where did you buy the BTC? TX number? Without enough information no one tell you what to do. Have you double checked the BTC address?

which bitcoin wallet you use ?

Maybe your wallet is not synchronized, that's why it shows zero balance.
If blockchain explorer shows the transaction as confirmed then there is nothing ti fear if you have the private key.

Check your walet's final balance here: https://www.blockchain.com/explorer
Or: https://btc.com/block if it is a segwit address

It is allready in your wallet and confirmed, the problem is with electrum, maybe it is not synchronized. If you know the private key for that address or the seed then you are fine.

Which version of Electrum are you using? What is your OS?

If it’s > 3.0, try going to %appdata%/Electrum, deleting the file “blockchain_headers” and running it again. Wait a few minutes for it to sync.

Update it to the latest version. Older versions before 3.0 have several synchronizations issues and are vulnerable to fake "please update" phishing messages that show on specific malicious servers and to a serious exploit that could result in the loss of your coins!

Electrum 2.8.2 is too old. It won't synchronise properly as it has issues decoding newer transactions. There are also some security vulnerabilities in such an old version.

You need to update to the latest version (currently version 3.3.4) to be able to see your transaction. You can download it from here: https://electrum.org/#download
