So I'm hearing tael is about to announce a partnership with a mobile company, I've been following this project for a while now, do I buy in now or wait for a dip

I'm hesitant to buy Tael in bancor and I think i might have considered buying if this rumor turned out to be true. They already have a working exchange the Coinflyer and Tael is the native token.
