I'm not interested in any other payment method other than Skrill. As the title says, I have 500$ in BTC and I would like to trade it for 1:1 (preev.com) rates.

If you're low ranked and have negative trust, then please don't waste your time by posting here. I don't see the point of using an escrow with reversible payment methods so If you're trusted, I don't mind going first.
