No chance, i am 450km away from home this week, would you think i am asking here for a 23€ loan if i have any other ideas?

In the first place, you should know that you have low chances to get a loan here.
a) After almost 3 years of hiatus, you just popped out here and asked for a loan.
b) Bitcointalk accounts especially newbie rank isn't considered as a valid collateral. Even does, your account doesn't have a value.
You don't have friends? Workmates? Neighbors? Belongings that can put on collateral? etc. Why choose the idea of requesting loan for an
"URGENT" one on a place where you will get a low chances of getting a loan.
Think outside the box or much better if you will totally removed the box. There are lots of ways and
"alternatives", it's just that you just didn't think of it yet.
