BTX requires .NET 4 but it needs to be up to date.

Is it possible to set The stop limit value lower than limit price in sell orders so market orders can hit the stop limit to get order triggered at highest possible price even if not reached limit price ?

Hi Mazeinc,

If i am understanding your question correctly, assuming the current market price is say $600: you can place a sell stop limit order with a stop limit of $550 and a limit price of $575. In this example, if the last price on the exchange touches or goes below $550, BTX Trader's servers will send a sell order to the exchange with a limit price of $575. If the price rises back to $575 then your order will get executed/filled. If the price stays below $575, then the limit order will sit resting on the order book.
Hope that helps clarify how our advanced order types work.

joesmoe2012, to send a stop loss order, first change the Destination to "ALGO". You should then see another dropdown for Route to send the order to a particular exchange if your stop price is reached.

bit-fxtrader, Can you update your version of .NET via this link? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2468871

Best,

Ilya

Yes i eventually figured it out, thanks Smiley
