How can I setup HTTP proxy in Electrum 3.3.4

My previous Electrum 3.2.2 's stuck at synchronizing.
Some people suggested me to update Electrum to the latest version.
Anyway, I still cannot use Electrum 3.3.4 because I cannot find the way to setup HTTP proxy.
There are only SOCKS4 and SOCKS5.

Why not, just use the socks 5 proxy it may give you better privacy and security.

Never heard that you can add HTTP proxy in electrum even lower version.

Also, beware on fake Electrum wallet software version 4.0 Electrum doesn't release this version and the current latest version is Electrum-3.3.4 and the original website is electrum.org
