But who is ensuring that you are "scam free"?
Why don't you go into the ANN section for altcoins and make a proper thread there advertising your interest?

Or go a step further, create a list of exchanges you'd like to work with and simply approach them - it's going to be a far better tactic than this..

I guess you need to apply buy filling up the form, but honestly I don't know on how much they will require in order for you to get your coins launch.

I would suggest to use the  Binance launchpad as it will be best for your project (launchpad.binance.com). But it depends upon what project you have and more importantly will you be able to cover the initial cost of the Binace IEO ?

You should try Binance Launchpad https://launchpad.binance.com/ . Nice platform to start your IEO. But, I guess the fee for Binance could be big. I think you should try other IEO here's a list : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5122143.msg50223229#msg50223229

I see that majority is recommending Binance to the OP, well it's his decision, if he is willing and can afford to pay the fee, then good.
This project needs to have an exchange soon as MBL tokens is part of the prizes in the lottery.

How about Binance and Bittrex? Those two exchanges was a big exchange and recommended for your IEO, and I think it will be good if you take a look and make an offer to them. But I don't know what is the requirement to add your token to that exchanges. Maybe you can contact the support system and ask about that.

Binance must probably be very expensive....

I think the Australian exchange Nauticus could be a good choice.  The platform has a good team, a strong roadmap, full compliance with Australian law... and I suppose they will be cheaper

Not only expensive, But their extensive KYC procedure and Due diligence for all project owners makes it impossible for some new real startup project and without proper connections from binance its really not feasible.

Almost almost all p2p exchanges site now offer IEO cause it seems to be another means for exchange to make more money and popularity. If you're cooking something big and want a huge return binance launchpad is the best for you but if like some fast growing exchange with good reputation I will advice you to try out p2pb2b, latoken and chain creator
