How to work the !odds chatbot command at the PrimeDice?

I do not understand mathematics, but I am interested in the formula in this command (!odds). Can anyone help me?

!odds <bets> [wins/losses] <chance/payout>.
      Chance is assumed, to specify payout, add x immediately behind the last number.   Caclulates the odds of a winning or losing streak.   
      !odds 15 90
      !odds 15 wins at 90%
      !odds 15 90x

If you wanted the mathematical formula (I assume) that would be:

1 - (chance of winning/losing)^(bets) for the % chance of having a "bets-long" streak.
