Stop Loss Function

Some exchanges do not have the stop function icon on their platforms.
The implication of this is that these exchanges can only attract buyers and sellers not traders because there's the need for stop loss for effective trading.
Do you think that the lack of no "stop looking " can affect negatively the liquidity of such exchanges?
