If you want to build and promote new exchange then you should have funds for it,you can get through fund raising but chances of getting investors are also less when you don't have much clear intention about creating the new trading platforms.

We are looking to increase the liquidity inside the platform, thus we are looking more and more bitcoin for us to trade inside the platform. After reading the collateral section, I need to discuss further with the team first on how to leverage with the loan. Fully understood with the requirements of no collateral , no loan thing. Since the intention of the BTC lending is for us to add more liquidity inside the exchange platform, we will study on how to offer best collateral with the lenders. Is there any advise or insight that care to share for us to increase more liquidity inside the system other than integrate with other exchanger?

How are you going to leverage? You know any loan that the borrower have any leverage?

Fully understood with the requirements of no collateral , no loan thing.

What is hard to understand from this simple and clear sentense? You don't offer something to protect the lender, you wont get a single satoshi.
