Payoneer is not reversible as Paypal. But I could use the Escrow service from Darkstar_ if you prefer. I have talked to him and we could make a deal that is good for everyone. Including the possibility of him holding the BTC for more than 45 days.
With a legit buyer I do not think you will need to go though with holding it for 45 days. Your activities should be enough for it besides $300 is not much I think however using escrow is safe though.
I am not into selling my Bitcoin or I would make the trade. Anyway, good luck bud.

Payoneer can be reversed only if not approved. And it can be approved within 5 minutes to 72 hours. So, there is no need to hold your fund for 45 days. Because if within 3days approve then it will never be reversed. I am using Payoneer from 2012 and I have faced a few reversed also I got few reverse payments. Usually, it happens if there is something wrong on the sender/receiver account. Payoneer ask to verify if the person can't verify the account then Payoneer refund it instead of approving.

I had contacted Darkstar_ when I was thinking of sending from Payoneer to Paypal, since few people have a payoneer account. And then it would be safer using the 45 day Escrow. It would be more expensive to use PayPal for the fees that are charged, so I'd rather use Payoneer directly. Either way, if the person feels more secure, I can still use the Escrow service for the payoneer.
