I experienced an erroneous automatic liquidation at a price that did not trade in BitMex.
The liquidation was not sent to any market participant and was not listed as an executed trade on the exchange.
I cannot manage my position and the market is volatile. I have already spent 1 hour and 15 minutes trying to get someone on Reddit, IRC, and Telegram to respond to my ticket. All Reddit posts get auto-deleted, IRC no answer, Telegram no answer.
Is there any other way to contact the trade desk with this urgent matter. I can't stay awake much longer.
