Rank signature rules?

Are different ranks (Jr. Member, Member, Full Member, etc) given different restrictions in signatures? I've noticed that the paid signature I have always seems to show up red on Full Member and up, but blue on Members. Is this just a coincidence, or do Members and under have colors removed from their signatures?

It's based on activity, not posts. This is to prevent spam.

+1 from me also to the gambler as I too was unaware of the rules surrounding the changes that had been implemented.

The activity level is also capped by post count, so your activity may not go up by 14 each period.
If you make 5 posts in 14 days, and make another 5 posts in the next 2 weeks, your activity would be 10 instead of 28.

But your statement is true for all active people (more than a post a day on average).
