I checked your telegram channel and there's no activity here and people are posting that this is an abandoned project, there is no pinned post either no information about your telegram, this looks like Presearch which until now is not paying their thousands of members.

We've done a terrible job maintaining our telegram - part of the reason we need somebody to help on that side. 

Our redemption processes are automated with BTC so there shouldn't be any concerns on not getting paid. 

Our web search results are powered by Yahoo/Bing and the business model is simple.  We get paid by Yahoo.  We pay users in Bitcoin.
