I've gotta say, this exchange doesn't really look promising.

Your info graphic reads very poorly. Just look at your opening line: "Evidently, before the facts, the thoughts and reactions appear".
It doesn't at all sound like it was made by someone with a solid grasp on the English language.

And the rest of the ANN reads much the same.

So my advice would be to hire someone fluent in English to help with your marketing.

Even aside from that, I'm not seeing what it is that you expect your exchange to do that others do not. Most of your statements go something like "These exchanges do this poorly, we're going to do it better!".
It's an admirable idea, but I don't think it is a justifiable business plan.

I guess to summarize, Why this exchange? What problem does it solve that others do not?
