As stated in title, I'm looking for either $75 worth of PIVX or 7 NEO, and I'm offering PayPal at a 1:1 rate based on coinmarketcap's price. I'll even include an extra $2 tip if someone can help me out with this.

Local rules: Don't post here unless you're interested in doing this deal. PayPal is risky, and yes, people need to know about that. However, I have done many PP deals and have never charged back and it isn't my intention to scam anyone.
