This should be forbidden. Only scam ICO or services use others to create threads for them. Don't confuse this with the thread design or posting images (since one can easily buy a copper member account). I don't understand why any legit service provider would like to have a stranger to control their main service thread?
Perfectly, I have doubt on this! There are many legit projects hiring campaign manager and making thread with the known designer of the manager on the forum. Does that people need to trash from the forum?
I hope he can design the announcement thread codes alone! However, let him confirm his service more clearly to avoid the confusion we feel.
