Bitcoin debit card or free SEPA acc with card available for Asia?

I was using Leupay SEPA acc with card but its been disabled for all except Europe. Right now what you guys suggest or using in Asia (Bangladesh, India).

Also, it's better to but virtual visa cards in Asia with bitcoin rather than debit cards as they are more safe/easy to use.

Will you connect the SEPA to something related to cryptos? Because if not then you have plenty of solutions around.

The only card that appears to operate in Asia at present is uquid but maybe that's old info and you're likely to get walloped with FX charges as they're usually USD, GBP and EUR only.

And they won't accept Bangladeshis so keep that under your hat.

If you forget about crypto and just look for sepa and a card there must be plenty more options bit I've no idea what they'd be.

I already tried all of them before this post.
Virtual card dont allow to cash out from ATM or POS machine.

I already tried them out earlier, non of them working for me. Now i have 3 easy solution.
1. Sticpay
2. Paycent
3. goldxcash.net or similar exchanges

But i really miss Leopay like services, so i still looking for something like that.

Yes, my country is in the restricted country list.
About sepa, some of them dont accept payment from crypto related site and other dont sent their cards outside EU countries.
Now i found a similar service which is sticpay and already applied for card.
