It's simply because "That's Called A Marketing", Every casino/sportsbooks always give his best performance comparing with another casino. They want to gain a new customer with a promotion or something like that.

They need to have a good market presence in order to gain more gamblers and clients, in fact, that is a market competition and the success of their business relies upon us (gamblers).  For the seek that they could attract more players, they should show something great and it will be appreciated.

It's not new, even the worst casino still claim they are the best.
If you own a casino you will be bias as you only see your casino better than the other, and it's also part of the marketing technique.
