I need to open this company a Bank account somewhere outside Bulgaria in order to receive GBP payments. I can gather most of the required documents needed ASAP.

I think you need first to know which are the conditions in your country to have an international bank account. Also, I know the Hungarian OTP bank working with clients from the neighbours. Easy and fast. Also, I know Estonia has very soft laws with an online business. I can't send you exactly where to go, because I did not try it, but it can be a direction where to search.

Why not just try Payoneer ? You can open company account and you will get your own account with GBP currency. It will be on under you. So you can try it. I have personal account there and I got USD, GBP and EUR bank accounts. Try it because I don't have much idea about company account. During registration there is option for select company account. Legally there is no possibility to do create the bank account for you in different country without proper proof of residentship and bank opening documents. Please check in online and take email of the bank which you want to open.

If your documents are really enough then you can make the bank account without any legal problems.

Have you tried transferwise? I've used them to send people in the US and UK funds for personal reasons, but they have a pretty good set-up for company/business accounts. They have great rates for overseas wires, and the borderless business accounts you can create are very free, and friends have said it's great.

There are ways do it legally sir especially in the countries like US and UK. Naturally offshore bank account can be very expensive in countries like Panama and Cyprus but there is a method to bypass all those high fees when you make use of attorney.
