Masmic is a crypto product with the UX the global audience is already familiar with. It solves the longstanding UX problem in crypto by integrating crypto layer as payment mechanism seamlessly with information-based social network of Web 2.0.

Masmic is a Q&A platform - like Quora but with gamified crypto-incentives as well, for answerers and voters.

On Masmic, you can monetise your ideas, opinions and knowledge. Currently, you can earn upto 20 XLMs per question by answering it.

How does it work? People ask question and others answer it and only the selected one by questioner or maybe selected by the highest vote will get reward? That's pretty interesting but such waste of time for money-oriented users. Probably can be a good place for people to find funny things but not for people who are looking to earn money.

Yes, best answers are selected on the basis of community votes, but when voting is live, identity and previous vote history of answerers are not disclosed to avoid bias in voting. And yes you are right, it's more of a place to share and learn, with beer money as an addition and an objective recognition of your 'proof of work' to the community.

That is a good initiative and I know it is going to be highly competitive.
For those who might have interest in exploring the system, I would like to believe everyone will be fairly treated, because some individuals might cheap, even if the system does not want to cheat. Perhaps by voting for themselves.

Thanks Aniwura. As the number of participants increase, it will become more and more difficult for a few to game the system, whereas for the majority, judicious voting has been incentivized in a game-theoretic fashion, increasing the likelihood of good voting behavior on the part of majority.
