I dont know what makes TNB that special and why you hodl it. Just ask yourself a few question and you will see if you should sell your coins or not:
- Do you believe that there is a strong team behind TNB with a working product/real purpose why the token exists?
- Are there any major partnerships with well known companies?
- Do you believe that the price of the coin is in 5 years  higher than today?
- Did you invest more money into TNB than you are willing to lose?
If you really believe in the coin your answers to those questions should be clear.

Times new bank coin?
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/time-new-bank/

The all time high price was $0.289 and now back to $0.003.

First question, how much did you invested to this coin? by looking at the charts of this coin there's almost no movement and it has been stuck.
If you're asking for my opinion, obviously I'd tell you to sell that coin and buy bitcoin at least.

I don't know about this coin and just hear it today. I just checked in coinmarketcap and i see the price decreases too far. if you have this coin  there is no choice, you should keep hold it.

Analyze the type of coin you are holding. See if there is really a good future ahead of it or it is already an abandoned project with no real and meaningful activities done by the team behind. Sometimes a coin or token may surprised us but generally speaking things are hinging on the kind of vision and how good is the team behind that vision. This is not a guaranteed way though as some coin can have a good team but still the market is not responding well. So it is then your call whether to let it go or to hold it indefinitely.

Last year, I began to witness the trend of this currency. Until now, the top of the mountain has gone crazy to enter the holding, but the current price has no way to start.
