Hi
I'm working on a project that is going to be tested with end users. I need a bigger amount of test BTC. Something like 50-150 coins. Is there a place where I can get such amount of them? Or the only thing I can do is mining or setting up my own instance of the network?
Cheers

Yes, I think that if it is for a test, you should setup a little regtest net.

you could rent tiny amount of SHA256 hashrate

What amount of hashrate do you consider, tiny, but powerful enough to mine ~100 coins in not more than few days?
(Btw what is the current block reward on testnet?)

Maybe you could find someone willing to provide you with this amount of testnet coins (for a price or maybe even for free - maybe as a “loan”, etc...). Create a thread on the r/Bitcoin subreddit. Maybe someone that has this amount sees your post.

Unless you need to use a wallet in your testing (apart from Core), use Regtest or a private testnet.

I'm ok with spending even ~100$-200$ on that. Nicehash looks good, but how can I use it when there are no testnet mining pools? Can someone guide me how to mine those test bitcoins with rented hashing power?
