First and foremost, I don't think this is the way to make a post anywhere in this forum. You can just quote a little and then make your own impression and conclusion with this matter. Now, the site which you shared am sure that it is just another scam pretending to be a part of the Binance site but it is not.

Binance will not be asking anyone any Bitcoin or Eth from its membership or anyone else inside or outside of its exchange. I am happy that you shared it here...if only you posted it the right way. Please learn how to do things here by following the examples of other members.

Update: Thanks for modifying the post.

That old scam where people send money and then they will get more money back will probably never go away. People need to think before they send any crypto to an unknown site if an exchange would give away anything they would give away to there users accounts on the exchange.

The strategy is to use a popular name in the cryptocurrency business and use it to get some credibility which can be important in building some trust. I am sure that old-timers will never be victimized by this simple but elaborate scam but newbies can easily fall victims. This is one reason why if we are aware of an online scam especially connected to cryptocurrency we must share it in this forum so it can be picked by the search engines. We can fight scams by educating people about their shenanigans and malicious intent.
