I see like several Post here that offers a service for creating an ERC20 token
Such this [ D E V E L O P M E N T ] * Tokens * Dapps * ERC20 * Smart contracts * and this I develop erc20 smart contracts for your project.
The second one has red trust though but as I can see it because he promoting Ponzi. You can always be using an escrow anyway.

He maybe needs a professional who can create a custom ERC20 token, not just standard token.

Right, I know there are ways for anyone to create one, however I'm concerned about the security/safety of it and perhaps adding additional features, I'm not very good at all at programming anything.

I mean, I know basic things about it but you can't expect me to know about everything. I'm trying to develop a game/website/token and I simply don't know everything about all of them. I can always hire independent people that can verify the code for me multiple times. I certainly don't want to hire anyone for this kind of job anyways.
