To exchange XRP to BTC, go to MARKETS and then search XRP, choose XRP/BTC pair and sell to BTC. To sell all, choose 100%. To check trade executed, go to ASSETS, then ORDERS.  If the order is still open, you will see it there. If executed, you will see BTC on your exchange wallet. You can send it to your MAIN WALLET if you intend withdrawing. You can use the market price or set your own price. Hope this helps.
