These requirements don't go well together
In my experience, my host killed
bitcoind after running for a few seconds. A workaround is to rename it, and limit the load it causes by using
cputool or
cpulimit. See
How to install & run a full BitcoinCash node on a cheap hosted Ubuntu 16.04 /18.04 VPS without getting banned!. This howto is for a Forkcoin, but the same applies for Bitcoin.
You can check out
ramnode's Massive KVM VPS. They will give you a VPS with 2GB memory, 650GB of HDD space, and 7500GB of bandwidth for $10 per month, and they accept crypto as payment.
It says: "Perfect for data storage and backups.", with most VPS providers that means they don't allow heavy (I/O) load.
You can also check out
lowendbox for cheap VPS deals. Not all providers accept bitcoin though.
I've had some experience with offers from that site, but most of the offers I used disappeared after a while. I have slightly better experiences with
LowEndTalk (check the reviews for each provider).
My
blockdata.loyce.club runs at
HostSolutions Services in Romania. It's had it's issues, but offers a lot of disk space at a good price on LowEndTalk (I think I got it at Black Friday), offers posted by user
cociu. But as always, low price is a trade off against reliability and performance. It's perfect for my needs.
