I have been betting with onehash.com for around a year and they used to be reasonably good except for the bad support, low odds and slow payouts.

I've probably gambled around £10-20k on this site. However the last couple months they have started scamming winning bets, in the last 2 weeks 15 out of 20 winning bets have been rejected with no reason given other than technical problems.

The bets remain settled on the site and so it looks to me that they are settling the loosing bets and rejecting the winning bets to pocket the profits. Here is an example of this from my last bet:-

Would like to note that none of the excuses given in their email are correct, I placed the bet 4 days before the event started and was placed directly from my onehash wallet and I had previously placed small bets like this one without issue. They also remove the bet from your transaction/bets page so your unable to get any bet id or record of you placing the bet which is what support ask for when you contact them. They will then ask for the original bet placed email which they don't send for direct bets from your onehash wallet.

The support does not provide any further info and after sending them a link to the page where the event shows as settled their response is this:-

"Could you please clarify your question?"

I will no longer be betting here and would advise other users to stay well clear.

Eh! This is not good.

I recently placed a bet with them for the CL final. Let's see how it goes. I am not much familiar about their betting system. It seems like you have to trust them to see the final odd of your pick since there are no open ledger to verify the bet amount.

How often do you see this kind of excuses?

Here are some other rejection emails I could find - https://imgur.com/a/DZNSwuW sadly I didn't save them all as I just took it as a loss. There were a lot more than these and due to it being removed from the transaction page I have no other proof.

I have had 4 or 5 wins settle but the majority are rejected, hopefully your bet will be okay. They used to be pretty reliable but lately this has been happening about 70-80% of the time for me.

Dear Rushuk,

First and foremost, we're really sorry that some of your recent bets were rejected. Tough you didn’t win anything, it should be stated that you didn’t lose even a half of satoshi by placing these bets either.

The cases you provided here are actually very specific. E-sports games rule its own rights, they are often postponed, cancelled, the data providers have problems with identifying them etc. And that’s basically your case.

Chiefs Esports Club vs Paradox game has been accidentally doubled by our data provider  We’ve had two games between those two teams in our offer, the one that actually happened and the one that was cancelled immediately because - as we mentioned above - it didn’t exist in real life. Unluckily you’ve place a bet on the wrong, non-existent one. Even in your screens you can see that you wanted to place a bet on game in which Paradox were a hosts and Chief Esports Club were guests, while in proper game it was exactly the opposite. Furthermore, you got an info about this event being canceled and automatic return of your input in our customer support service messenger.

We’re really sorry for this inconvenience, it was a technical problem on which our IT team works so it won't happen again.

Here are some other rejection emails I could find - https://imgur.com/a/DZNSwuW sadly I didn't save them all as I just took it as a loss. There were a lot more than these and due to it being removed from the transaction page I have no other proof.

Again, e-sports events with their own rules and uncertainty:
1. Event OpTic Gaming vs Ninjas in Pyjamas didn’t even happen. That was a mistake of our data provider and due to this we had to cancel this event.
2. Event between MASSIVEImpact & Team Singularity have been postponed to an unknown and due to this canceled at OneHash. Here you can find an official info.
3. Team FURIA & Bad News Beargames Furia as well didn't happen. It was postponed too and canceled on our platform. Here you have a proof.
4. In the game between Tyloo and MVP the event started earlier than planned. And when bet is placed after the start of an event, then we have to cancel it as well. When betting on e-sports, you have to understand and accept its variable nature.

And at the end: our margin is not that high comparing to other sportbooks. Check market standards by yourself here , in separate Bitcointalk thread.

We hope that we explained you what was the issue and that we're not scammers. We understand that you may have some doubts, but remember that we’re 100 % provably fair, full secured platform with great, 5-years reputability. You can make sure by reading OneHash’s reviews of couple independent websites:

If you’re still not sure, don't hesitate to reach us anywhere. We’re here to explain every misunderstanding, every problem and to simply help you.

OneHash Team
