Monero GUI Wallet Issue

I just started mining with Monero GUI Wallet. I've used it for about 10 hours all together (Off and On). What i'm seeing though can't be right.  From what I understand you would barely make anything from mining alone but this is what it shows

I'm I using some kind of fake Monero GUI Wallet or test version?

On the top left side of the wallet image, you can see in a red color font that it is written Testnet.
So, you are mining in a testnet blockchain of Monero.

Well, it is cool to read well before jumping into conclusions so that you don't get excited for what you are not supposed to get excited about, from what I can see in the screenshot you sent, it is stated there as test net, so you are actually mining on the test Blockchain which is not the actual coin but a coin that could just be used for making development on the monitor Blockchain, like sending and receiving coin.

At least you are testnet rich!

You should mine on a pool or you are sort of playing a lottery. And you might not get nothing even after a year of mining as a solo miner.   You should ask here if you have any questions https://old.reddit.com/r/MoneroMining/

Lol thanks for the help. Nah i wasn't all excited. From what I read I knew this wasn't legit. I just wanted to ask though.
