Hi guys i need your advice about my old mining rigs,all the GPUs are old and obsolete so i don't really have a use for them anymore now the problem is no one is willing to buy the GPUs and even the desktops
Desktops are core i5 3.2ghz second gen, custom build i5 first gen 2.8ghz and a Gigabyte second gen i5 3.0ghz

And the GPUs are old HD6970 and Gtx570s,Any other things i can do with the money wasted setups?

I don't mine and I don't know how to set up but are those rig of yours are no longer eligible to operate? there are coins that you can mine through CPU but if that doesn't help, I think the best that you can do is to sell it at bargain price.
When you say old and obsolete, how old are those rigs?

You can sell the cards to gamers,the gtx570 can still run games at medium to high settings on PC with a good CPU,quad core is enough or you can still use the CPU to mine new coins like banano

It's too old dude, remember this when you are using your logic they are thinking if they can use that money to buy a new one and why must they buy the old rigs? You can't do a lot of things with it and the best thing to sell them all and try to upgrade if you have enough money. Your rigs is too old to compete with the latest hardware.
