I saved all my password in google chrome, on Friday i installed a new software which cleans the junk files in computers.
Now i see y settings of chrome and there is no password in it. How to log in now?

Sorry for going a bit off-topic but that is a bad way to organise your passwords. Not because you lost access to your account but because password stealers can be configured to search for saved passwords in browsers and in case of an infection all your saved passwords would be sent to the hacker.

If you absolutely have to use a password manager to store your passwords, I would recommend using something like Keepass which operates offline. You could even run that on a USB or another device if you wanted to make it a little more secure. Still, keepass has its drawbacks.

I'm not sure account recovery is the way to go here. His account was banned (according to BPIP) on 6/7/2019...so that's that.

so which one is it... recovering your account because you lost your password or ban appeal?
and even more confusing, you posted using a new account with suffix "_hacked"
