Transaction ID is: 02402b962b104e30650f2a38e5482299236067ca78c9d969328e1dc467ddfbe7

It is not even showing up as incoming in my receiving wallet page.

Can anyone help me please?

So, you own the 3LGaGx... address? Which wallet are you using for it? (what is the "receiving wallet page")

The transaction has many confirmations, and is therefore completed. The bitcoin in question (0.03155716) is now at the 3LGaGx address. If you cannot see it, then there is a problem on your end. Is the 3LGaGx address correct? Which wallet/client/service are you using with the 3LGaGx address?

If 3LGaGxR2YjSBZ8uKgGiCCdqhUJNodkQ3tf is supposed to be an online wallet under your control and it's not showing the coins, you should ask that online service's tech support.
But first please carefully check the address - not only the first and last couple of characters, but also some from the middle; just to be sure...

Please update us on what really happened to your bitcoin transaction for the sake of l earnings. Also tell us the things you did to get into the problem. I am actually hoping that it is already a done deal. Sometimes bitcoin is just joking and it is making some delay so we can be on guard.

05/07/2019 from  poloniex.com wallet  i transfered in  blockchain.com wallet  0.16696453 BTC, i made mistake and wrote the wrong address of blockchain.com and send it to this - 3EEJFjZURxShNr2AoJtbfcvCB749yzP7LP instead of this - 15sVzX6XNad3BuxKUSK1bL3DcvHhDCYwMn i wrote to blockchain.com support and they dont help me .

First, this is no the appropriate place to post this.
Read the forum rules, and create a topic in the correct subforum.

Now, if you have sent coins to a wrong address only the owner of this address can (voluntarily) send you the coins back.
Noone else is able to help you.

If the address doesn't belong to a reputable exchange etc.. regard the coins as lost and learn from the mistake.

How exactly did you send the bitcoins to the 3EEJFjZURxShNr2AoJtbfcvCB749yzP7LP address? Did you copy/paste that address by mistake when you tried to send to the other mentioned address in your post?

The 3EEJFjZURxShNr2AoJtbfcvCB749yzP7LP address has been mentioned to be connected to an email scam where the attacker claims to have hacked a users computer and recorded him over his webcam. You then get instructed to send money to the attacker and in return he will delete the info he has on you.

So how exactly did you get that address? You might have been infected with a clipboard virus that changes your copied address to the address of a hacker/scammer.
