This site shows quite good information on transactions. It's only been 4 hours.

https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/tx/e7a3e5b1a2f7c2aa5fa9ebf1cc31c123a83367502c7648dfb6c1baa0ff3e8436/

Here you can check if your fees are enough: https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/

You paid 13.116 sat/B

No, we can't.
Either pay for an acceleration yourself, or initiate a doublespend. (RBF)

Although, looking at your transaction, your nSequence seems to be
Code:
"sequence":4294967295
Which is
Code:
0x7FFFFFFF
In which case you don't/won't be able to use RBF?

Perhaps you can do a CPFP, if you control the output adress?

Looks like nothing, as your transaction just got confirmed.
In the future, i'd make sure you have RBF enabled, so you can rebroadcast with higher fees if necessary.

Otherwise, you can use https://pushtx.btc.com / https://passport.bitmain.com/login / https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator

But this is usually ridiculously expensive compared to the amount of BTC you're transacting.

How much do I need to pay?

In my opinion you shouldn't worry much. 13 sat/byte is a reasoneable fee.
Few days ago I made a transaction with 3 sat/byte that was confirmed in 17 hours. can you wait for that?

Unless you are in hurry, don't worry. It will be confirmed in next 24hours. Your fee is not that low.

Your transaction got confirmed in 5 hours, didn't get it where did you send just 0.0000397 BTC or was it sent to change address?

Anyways, as BTC is moving to its new parabolic move (and just before a day or two I said something else that BTC is confirming the transactions quick at lower values), I believe that sending at least 10k - 30k Satoshis as fee shouldn't bother you much considering higher chances of high Satoshi fee getting accepted (doesn't mean you need to send hiked up amounts worth 0.001 or more BTC as we've SegWit that has cut down the fees to great values).

For those who don't want to get stuck, please check this website https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#1,2h
Check the least bar of Satoshi from which green lines start and use one bar above per byte to get your txn confirmed during those hours.

Hello, I'm currently having issues sending from my BTC wallet, it keeps saying "incorrect address network" what does this mean please?
What wallet are you using?

Never heard of the particular error before but it makes me think it probably has something to do with the checksum to verify an adress.
Which means that the adress you're trying to send to doesn't "fit" the checksum = invalid.

Hello, I'm currently having issues sending from my BTC wallet, it keeps saying "incorrect address network" what does this mean please?
can you tell us the address you're trying to send bitcoin to?
were you trying to send to a bech32 address that starts with prefix bc1q...
if that's the case then your wallet doesn't support (native) segwit addresses yet

Hello, I'm currently having issues sending from my BTC wallet, it keeps saying "incorrect address network" what does this mean please?
It would appear that you're possibly trying to send to an address that belongs to a different "network"... possibly sending from one currency to a different currency?

What wallet are you trying to send from?
What address are you attempting to send to?

I believe this error might be linked to trying to send mainnet coins to a testnet address, or vice versa.

Ben112590, in addition to answering HCP's questions above, can you also tell us what address you are trying to send the coins from?
