The seeds words are presented to you when you create the wallet. They are not saved in your Electrum app.
Yes... they are. They are stored in the wallet file if you are using an
Electrum seed mnemonic. However, if you imported a BIP39 seed mnemonic, it does NOT store the seed words... only the master private key. You can even open your wallet file and see them using a text editor if your wallet does not have a password and is not encrypted.
But as suggested by OmegaStarScream... the easiest option is: "Wallet -> Seed" from the menus
I am not sure what you mean with 'I shuffled different paper copies'.
I assume the OP has several different seeds written on different pieces of paper and has mixed them up... and now no longer knows which is their actual seed.
