Mod your bios by yourself, it is so easy and so many descriptions are online.
Performance timings you can get from the polaris bios editor or srb3.5 editor.

So bios mod collection is senseless in my opinion.

Anyway, with the latest claymore version, you don't need to mod your GPU for higher hashrate as the miner supports straps parameter before running the miner.
Still, if you want to modify, just google it - there are plenty of guides and videos on youtube already with download links for the bios they are using.
