I'm looking to put together a thread of amusing or quirky Bitcoin stories.
Some famous examples might be the Oslo student who bought $27 of bitcoins in 2009 as part of his thesis on encryption, forgot about them, remembered them in 2013, sold them and bought a pucker flat in central Oslo.

There's another one about the miner who made a fortune and retired to Tobago, where he now runs a huge mining operation.
