Hey all..

I was trying to make a purchase last night, and I sent BTC to the address that was provided to me.

My wallet is showing the transfer (of 1.976BTC), and at this time is showing 69 confirmations.

When I look on blockchain.info, its showing the transaction, but its showing it as 'Unconfirmed Transaction' - AND its also showing the 1.976BTC that was sent to the proper address, and another 0.0239BTC going to another address which I did not send any btc to...

https://blockchain.info/tx/364d8c5074b93584419f19f9401600bb790e7e7b80b69e14d7038e06c721519f

Why is blockchain.info showing this transaction as unconfirmed?
Did the recipient get their bitcoin?
Why does blockchain think I sent 0.0239 to another address, and why is this not showing up in my wallet locally?

Please help!

Thanks!

Your transaction has already got 70 confirmations. The problem is just an issue to blockchain.info.

That 0.0239 btc is the change. The change address is in your wallet, it is just not shown to you.

Thanks for your help..

I'm still having trouble figuring out what blockexplorer.com is showing on that page, but so long as its an issue with that one website, but the funds have been transferred successfully, then everything should work out.

Thanks!

I have the same issue. And bitmaintech is saying lots of customers have the same issue.

blockchaininfo was having problems yesterday. Now they are down again. At some point number of unconfirmed transactions was 17000+.

I figured out my transaction was part of block 291285 by looking at one of the other block explorers. And it had at that point 46 confirms at ghash.io, where I mine some of my BTC.

This morning blockchain info was fine again for my transaction.

Guess the blockchain.info problems are causing the drop in BTC price. Hope it will recover soon.
