Not to mention that there are two fake reviews above. Welp, I hope op isn't a part of them as I'm seeing that the username pattern and registration date are close.

Nothing surprises me off with these kind of replies which is always been possible most of the time it would be a fake one.
Shilling out a website by means of asking or query and later on it would be flooded by newbie accounts saying its a positive one.

Both look like typical shill comments from the throwaway accounts. Don't fall for this one and this also answers your question, they're using shill accounts to promote their service which shows they're not reliable and you have high chances of losing your money.
