Twitter recently banned some accounts for so many reasons, what assurance do you have that your account is safe and shall not get banned?

Most of the accounts are getting banned are hacked ones, frequent changes in emails, ips of countries etc are sure shot way to get get under radar. One of my account has been suspended, but got it back within 3 days. Haven't faced any other troubles.
