A little bit reading is needed: When i do visit out the link it do talks about " Announcement on Supporting BTC for Financial Account"
Which had mentioned about CoinEx Lending Features which do had,
1. Deposit coins and receive interest. It’s that simple
2. Compound interest received every day
3. Deposit/Withdraw coins anytime with no limit

So basically talks about leaving out your coins just to receive some interest.

What's your connection to Coinex? They have their ann thread you should post it there instead of creating new thread for every new announcement.
