I don't know which site you are sending the BTC to.
Whatever, you have given a BTC address & it must be unique; I mean no one else will have the same address for deposit. It's created for you only- that's how it works in other sites.
In that case, no matter how you send, your account will be deposited.
It would be better if you share a screenshot of the payment request so that someone can point out if there's any problem.

Usually, these kind of sites generate a unique deposit address for each user. That's the way these get tracked. The message in the uri you posted is for your information only, it never ends up in a block.

What wallet app are you using?
For example if you are using Electrum, just paste the URI in the "Pay to" field and all other fields will be filled automatically.

but I need a proof that this payment belongs to my user account !!

The website will generate a unique address for each user. However, I believe "327130" is your User ID on "www.xxxxxxxxx.website".
Check it out and if it is indeed your uid then "31jT3vtzwkrRksSixxxxxbCrw15QZYwNZg" is your deposit address.

I suppose you edited the address befor posting it here for privacy reasons because it is an invalid address (do not send to it).

If you have already sent a payment, Then you can sign the original BTC address you sent the payment from as a way for proving that you were the one who actually sent the payment. You can read this article[1] it has a bunch of guides explaining how to sign a BTC address with different wallets. You can basically say in your signature that this address belongs user XYZ that way the person who received the BTCs can verify that it was indeed you who sent these BTCs. Also, Which wallet are you using? If you are using something like Electrum then you can simply paste the URL in electrum and it will automatically detect all the details just like @khaled0111 mentioned.

This is correct. Don't worry in proving that this payment came from your account.

However,  it they still want a proof you can sign a message just like Theokool1s said.

Just transfer and don't worry. This address was generated exclusively for your purchase/transfer. No other user received that address as well (it would be highly unlikely)

bitcoin:31jT3vtzwkrRksSixxxxxbCrw15QZYwNZg?amount=&message=Deposit+to+www.xxxxxxxxx.website+User+327130

this is a URI scheme defined by BIP-21[1] and it is pretty much similar to what magnet links (for torrents) do [2]. they are feeding information to the application that opens these special links so you have to have an application installed that has the ability to understand these links. then all you have to do is click it. for example if you click on magnet: link it will open your utorrent app.

the first part before ":" is indicating the type of the URI and the application to use to open them. in this case it is a bitcoin wallet. the rest is the additional information that your application can use. the first is address which it uses to "pay to", the amount is the amount to pay to it and the message is simply a description that the wallet could save locally as a reminder so you know what the transaction was for.
