Need help with starting a faucet

So, im making a faucet.... yeah, for some time i was doing the faucet things and i saw how low the prizes are.Now that i got some bitcoins from advertisting I'm going to make a bigger paying faucet (5uBtc).
I need help with setting up the website and funding.I'm not asking for donations, just for you to click a CoinUrl link : https://bitcointalk.org/annoyance.php it is connected to Clicksense for more profit.

I think making another faucets is not needed.

But if you want to do it good you need to read a lot and then think about it again.
