For someone new to this awesome community it is a bit overwhelming. Where to start.
I'm reading and searching so not trying to be lazy just think others could point me in the right direction to save some time.
Basically I'm just trying to catch up so i can start participating in an intelligent manner ... right now lost in the sea of this.

If anyone could please take the time to -
- Recommend you-tuber that can quickly catch me up on the technical insides of these coins.
- Point me toward Quality analysis of new coins - pros / cons and why etc.
- Best Trading advice and their system.
- How smart miners pick there coins.

I'll return the favor when i can ... thanks

This forum is a wasteland. I avoided signing up for as long as possible and enjoyed it better when I was just lurking.

The website linked to below tells you which of the most popular coins have the highest market capitalization.

http://coinmarketcap.com/

Some major alt coin trading exchanges are linked to below, but there are loads more.

https://bter.com/

https://www.cryptsy.com/

If you sign with them you can store small amounts of your alt coins in their online wallets. You can always install a coin's wallet on your own computer, but there is usually a limit to how many you are prepared to install.

I cannot advise you about the rest of your queries because I'm fairly new myself.

- Best Trading advice and their system.
- How smart miners pick there coins.

Not likely to get any decent advise on these subjects. Well, other than generalized statements like trade support and resistance and/or mine innovative coins.
