I hope posting this here is not spam, I think it might be interesting to some of you. If it is spam, please tell me and I won't post about it again.

I just released an app that makes a bitcoin price forecast! This forecast is generated by a bot that uses Artificial Neural Networks, trained on historical bitcoin data, to try to predict if it’s a good time to buy or sell.

The app is still under development, but if you're interested, you can check the Android app from Google Play Store at:

For now, each non premium user can only check the forecast once every 12 hours (sorry about that, it's for limiting traffic).

I'd probably test it if it was a web app or anything that doesn't require to get installed on my system. Do you have the web version?

Another idea is to make a Telegram bot where it will notify the user about the forecast based on their own settings instead of another Android app.

Do you have the web version?

I don't. Maybe at some point in the future, I will make a web version. I went with an Android app because it was what I knew how to develop.

The bot that generates the forecast was a project I made initially just for fun while attempting collage and I developed this app because I want to show it to the community.

Nice app. The forecast isn't perfect but it looks way better than random chance.

I must say that it looks very promising. I am going to keep an eye on it and see.


I am sure this is something you already thought of, but it would be really nice to have scroll and zoom functionality, without it the 1 month chart is very hard to read.

Did you program the bot yourself?

Yes and no: Yes because I did custom made an Artificial Neural Networks algorithm, tweaked to learn how to trade. But no, I didn't program any strategy to the bot to follow, all the behavior of the bot was learned by observing a massive amount of bitcoin trading data.

I actually tried to make it zoomable but it ended up with huge performance problems, so I abandoned that idea. Maybe I will try it again in the future.

In the app does the confidence value indicates how confident it is on the prediction or how confident it is the price will rise?

The "confidence" indicates how confident the Bot is on its last prediction.
For example, if the Bot predicted in favor of selling and has low confidence, it means that at it might change its prediction pretty soon.

As @elda34b said it is difficult to download an application from an unknown source, it is best to create a web version and then after gaining sufficient trust you can develop an application.
I checked the photos through the Google Play:

 - It is difficult to predict the value of the price within two years, this is impossible, regardless of the quality of your Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) algorithm.
Can you forecast predictions for the next week publicly and then people can estimate the validity of your algorithm.
