Hello,

we use the blockchain.info APIs for receive payments on our site.

This has worked great for us with no issues; however yesterday we noticed transactions we received have not been forwarded to our main wallet.

A few examples below:

https://blockchain.info/ru/tx/753ffd2251dd588efc456170d47d6e8fbf77ecca68e0eb59bb338f8ab7368219

Support wrote me:

Sorry for any delays you may be experiencing with the receive payments API. These transactions will eventually forward, although we cannot provide an exact ETA as to when this will occur. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience with this matter.

Can someone help me, or tell me what is happening? When do i receive my bitcoins?
Thank you!

This is a service problem with blockchain.info. They have s reputation for having bad service. The only thing you can do is contact their support and switch services.

I have exactly such a problem, I figured out why they do not reach. Question in another, did you return the money? How?
