sooo at some point i made a grave late night mistake and encrypted my blackcoin wallet which is a big chunk of my savings with a password that seemed so obvious i wouldn't forget.  well my cleaning lady has thrown away the only backup written copy of the password and it's been so many weeks i'm a character off somewhere.

lucky for me (well maybe) the password is 10 - 20 characters, no numbers, all lower case with many of the characters being a phrase that I am sure of.  seems like it should be possible to bruteforce or rainbow table or something just like i used to for old pc admin passwords back in the day.

I'm decently tech savvy and what not but i'm no world class engineer so i'm here asking for advice.

 - Thanks to anyone who has taken the time to read this!

If you could generate a list of candidates, wouldn't something as simple as a bash script (or batch file, etc.) be able to do the job using the CLI wallet?

This thread has the tools you need I think.

I would engage you in a battle of wits, but I will not strike an unarmed opponent.
