Try another exchange site or you can try to use some swap service for that and you have another too like just try to sell your bitcoin through this forum.
Most of exchange sites (I meant about reputable have been blocked your country due to the regulation)

How much are you trying to trade? There are exchanges that do not require KYC for withdrawals below 2 BTC. You can also use VPN to hide your IP when accessing these exchanges. Really unfortunate that even localbitcoins are banned in Iran.

if by "link" you mean the pump and dumpy altcoin called "ChahainLink" then you can simply go to a website that has the link of exchanges of a shitcoin and among them find one that doesn't require KYC and also accepts your country. the good news is that most of the altcoin exchanges don't do that but you have to search their legitimacy first.

Have you ever tried Huobi Global (https://www.hbg.com/link_btc/exchange/) or is this exchanger banned in your country?
there seems to be a lot of exchangers that don't require KYC if the amount of capital traded is small.

verification now exists in almost all good exchanges. if you have problems using such platforms, you can trade on OTC or decentralized exchanges

You can use privacy coins like Monero to pay for bitcoin transactions instantly and anonymously, there are many crypto swap sites out there that might be a solution.but still be careful with scam sites that might lose your funds

The top coins with highest volume based on the link above are top coins, which is also available in most centralized trading sites, so why would one use this? This exchange would be very useful if waves tokens are traded with liquidity, but unfortunately it's not currently.

I'm not sure what you are referring to. If it's an exchange from Bitcoin to ChainLink, go to any swap like shapeshift or other and swap your coin.
Or you are trying to have cash? If so, since your country has banned crypto, you must do a person to person trade in your local.

There are many other exchanges such as Kucoin, Houbi, Okex, Coinall still accept traders and investors from Iran.
